No current student? If you do not have a student currently in the Jasper High School Band, you can still create an account. Simply click "Save" on the parent/student form without filling in child information. Note: Registration for the upcoming school year typically begins in late May.
Former students: If you have an older or former student in the system, please click "I have another Student" instead of overwriting or replacing your inactive student's profile.
For All New & Returning 9th/10th Graders
Please follow these setup steps carefully after our mandatory May band meeting:
Select the accurate marching status, band class classification, and assigned instrument from each drop-down roster list. Verify you select the exact year sequence (1st Year or 2nd Year) so your required equipment orders generate correctly.
Only select the Drum Major designation if your student has been officially named one of our three 10th-grade drum majors.
Click "Save" immediately after modifying your student's profile data to save changes to our active records.
⚠️ Important: One Account Per Family
Parents must use exactly ONE account for all registered siblings. This keeps your forms, volunteer schedules, and payment receipts synchronized in one secure dashboard while preventing database issues.
To grant another parent or guardian access, use the "Invite User" tool within your main account dashboard. This generates unique individual login credentials tied directly to the master family folder.
Already use Membership Toolkit? If you already have an active profile with another campus organization (such as a middle school PTA), do not register a new login. Input your current master email and password on the Jasper page. If you are unsure of your profile status, click "I forgot my password" under the Returning User panel.
Paying for Fees & Items
After selecting items and options, make sure to click Proceed to Checkout >> found directly at the foot of your balance worksheets page.
Always check that your digital cart balances out to empty and verify that an automated confirmation copy has been sent to your primary inbox.
Student-Athlete Guidelines
All band members are required to participate in the marching band program to the maximum degree possible, coordinated cooperatively between directors, student families, and athletic coaching staff.
Morning Practice Conflicts: If a student has a morning athletics practice that conflicts with standard AM marching rehearsals, they will still dress in full uniform for games and perform in the stands. They will sit out the field show but remain fully integrated into the event (assuming no direct game/tournament conflicts occur).
Contests & Logistics: Students with AM practice waivers will still travel to marching contests in uniform to support logistics, handle equipment operations, and assist their sections.
Required Appearances: All conflicting student-athletes must attend the combined Plano West Cluster Performance game and the Plano Holiday Parade in full performance uniform.
