Aug 5 - You’ll need both your concert & marching instruments. 

• 7:00 to 10:45 am -- Everyone outside for marching rehearsals. Students should be dropped off at the Marching Band practice lot which is located in the south parking lot. 
• 10:45 to 11:15 am --During the 30-minute break… Please come prepared with as much food as you need to get you through the long morning! The Band Boosters will provide popsicles, but you are responsible for bringing adequate snacks.
• 11:15 am to 1:00 pm -- Everyone inside for section rehearsals. This day, you will be instructed on the All-Region Music. Whether you audition for All-Region or not, this music will serve as both an audition at the end of the semester, as well as a test grade, so it gives you a BIG head start! Everyone should bring a pencil and the all region music, which can be found in our music folder. The link to the music is: tinyurl.com/JHSBandMusic24-25
• 1:00-2:00 pm – Lunch. Please bring your own food. You are welcome to eat in designated areas inside Jasper. Parents may bring food, or you may leave campus as long as you are back in time for 2:00 rehearsal.
• 2:00-4:00 pm – Indoor Music Rehearsal. The playing rehearsals during this time will cover marching music, including music that you will be tested on during the school year. You will need marching instruments and pencils during this time.

August 6 -You will need only marching instruments.

• 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Outside marching rehearsal. We will be outside for a portion of this rehearsal with plenty of water breaks.

August 7 -

• 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Plano West Combined rehearsal to prepare for our Starlight Concert! Marching instruments only.

August 8 -

• 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Outside marching rehearsal. We will be outside for a portion of this rehearsal with plenty of water breaks.
• 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm- Teach Your Family to March Day! (Aug 8) Families… You are invited to join us on Thursday at the end of rehearsal! Come see a demonstration of what your child has been learning at camp, and then you will get to join us on the marching field to learn a little bit from him/her about what we do!

August 9 – Starlight Rehearsal and Concert

• 5:30 pm – Call time at Plano West High School for Starlight Concert
• 7:00pm – Starlight Concert at Plano West High School

Guard Members – Guard members will start band camp off at Plano West. They will send more details soon.
